Child Safety Standards: Converser Dating App Assistant

Last Updated: July 2026 · Effective Date: July 2026

1. Our Commitment

Converser Dating App Assistant ("Converser," "we," "us," or "our"), developed by Yusaware, has zero tolerance for child sexual abuse and exploitation (CSAE) and for child sexual abuse material (CSAM). This page sets out our published standards for preventing, detecting, and responding to such conduct, in line with Google Play's Child Safety Standards policy and applicable law. These standards apply to every user of the App worldwide.

2. Adults Only: Age Restriction

Converser is strictly for adults aged 18 and older. The App is a private, on-device assistant that helps an adult user draft and refine their own messages; it is not a social network, matchmaking service, or communication platform, and it does not connect users to one another.

  • Users must confirm they are 18 or older during onboarding.
  • The App is rated and listed for adults and its features are not directed at minors.
  • We do not knowingly permit anyone under 18 to create an account or use the App. If we become aware that a user is under 18, we terminate the account and delete associated account data.

3. Prohibited Content and Conduct

The following are strictly prohibited anywhere in connection with Converser, including in any text a user submits for AI processing:

  • Any child sexual abuse material (CSAM), or any request to generate, describe, or facilitate it.
  • Any content that sexualizes, exploits, or endangers a minor, including sexualized depictions of, or messages directed at, anyone under 18.
  • Grooming, solicitation, or any attempt to arrange sexual contact with a minor.
  • Any use of the App's drafting or analysis features in relation to a minor for sexual or exploitative purposes.

These prohibitions are also stated in our Terms of Service, and violating them results in immediate termination of access.

4. How We Prevent Abuse

  • Safety filtering on AI features. Before any text is processed by an AI feature, it passes through a safety layer that is designed to detect and hard-block content involving minors, sexual exploitation, and other prohibited categories. Requests that trigger these blocks are refused and are not fulfilled.
  • On-device redaction. Personal identifiers (names, nicknames, phone numbers, email addresses, social handles, and links) are stripped on the user's device before any text is transmitted, reducing the risk that identifying information about any person is exposed.
  • No image content processing. Screenshots are read on-device by text recognition and then discarded; images are never uploaded, scanned for their visual content, or analyzed. The App does not generate images.
  • No user-to-user platform. Converser does not host user profiles visible to others, messaging between users, public content, or any mechanism by which an adult could contact a minor through the App.
  • Adult-only design and age confirmation as described in Section 2.

5. In-App Reporting

Converser provides an in-app mechanism to report child-safety concerns. Every AI-generated suggestion includes a Report control that opens a short reporting form. Reports are received by our safety team for review, and the reported content and minimal context are retained for that review as described in our Privacy Policy. Users may also contact us directly at any time at support@yusaware.com to report a child-safety concern.

6. How We Respond

  • We review reports and detected safety events promptly.
  • We remove offending access and terminate accounts found to be engaged in CSAE.
  • Where we become aware of apparent child sexual abuse material or exploitation, we act to comply with all relevant child-safety laws, and we report to the relevant regional and national authorities, including making reports to the National Center for Missing & Exploited Children (NCMEC) or the appropriate authority in the user's jurisdiction, as required by law.
  • We preserve relevant records as required to support lawful investigations.

7. Point of Contact

Our designated child-safety point of contact can be reached at:

Email: support@yusaware.com (subject line: "Child Safety")

This contact is able to speak to Converser's CSAM-prevention practices and compliance.

8. Compliance

These standards are published to comply with Google Play's Child Safety Standards policy and with applicable child-safety laws. We review and update them as needed; the "Last Updated" date above reflects the current version.
